These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 77aj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 77aj.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

77aj reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 77aj.

77aj operates as an entertainment platform offering online sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and related gaming services. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment guidance, or a guarantee of winnings. Gambling involves risk, and players should participate only with funds they can afford to lose.

Use of the 77aj Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77aj operates on an 18+ only basis without exception. Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion database or subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in gambling activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 77aj employee, in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest in relation to your use of the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

If 77aj has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. 77aj takes underage gambling extremely seriously and supports all national initiatives aimed at preventing minors from accessing gambling services.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online betting and casino gaming does not violate any local laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable to them in their specific location. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have independently verified your right to access and use online gambling services from your location.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on 77aj, you must register a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 77aj Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 77aj discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All actions taken on your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 77aj support immediately at [email protected]. 77aj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information Requirement

You must register using your real full name, a valid mobile phone number, and accurate personal details. The name on your 77aj account must match the name on the payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad) used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification request is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

All financial transactions on the 77aj Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 77aj supports a range of local payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77aj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: as displayed in the deposit interface for your chosen method
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 77aj account within 30 seconds of confirmation
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours
• 77aj does not charge any deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges
• Only deposit using a payment account that is registered in your own name

4.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of request approval
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during working days
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed or if a security review is in progress
• 77aj reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into a 77aj account are held separately from the Platform's operational funds. 77aj does not use player balances for any purpose other than the settlement of player bets and the processing of withdrawal requests. In the event of any dispute regarding an account balance, 77aj's internal transaction records shall be treated as the definitive reference, subject to the player's right to raise a formal complaint through the support channel.

All betting and gaming activity on the 77aj Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and specialty games. General rules applicable to all activity are set out below, with product-specific rules available within each game or betting category on the Platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 77aj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, where pre-match odds were inadvertently displayed for an in-play event.

In the event of an obvious pricing error — defined as odds that are materially and demonstrably incorrect relative to fair market value at the time — 77aj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. Such decisions will be communicated to affected players via their registered account contact details.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 77aj Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating under standardised casino rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the Platform will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each product interface before a bet or wager is placed. Limits may vary by event, game, player account tier, or promotional period. 77aj reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players at its discretion, including in response to identified patterns of play.

5.4 Void Bets and Settlements

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game outcome. For sports events, 77aj uses results as confirmed by the relevant official governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing committee for domestic matches). In cases of event postponement, the specific rules displayed for that market type will determine settlement. Players are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing bets on events that carry a material risk of postponement.

77aj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General rules applicable to all bonuses and promotions are set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and form part of your account balance subject to any applicable wagering requirements
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• 77aj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player
• Once a bonus has been credited to an account, it is subject to the specific terms stated for that promotion
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for possible suspension

6.2 Promotional Integrity

77aj promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. The Platform operates automated monitoring systems to detect patterns of play that are inconsistent with genuine recreational participation. Where such patterns are identified in connection with bonus activity, 77aj reserves the right to void associated bets, remove bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

By using the 77aj Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or any form of chip-dumping.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility status in any way.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a system error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without the express prior written permission of 77aj.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or to conceal the source of funds. 77aj cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious financial activity where required.
• Abusive Behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77aj staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a legitimate 77aj transaction. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the disputed amount offset against any pending withdrawals.

77aj employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, and transaction behaviour in real time. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending manual review. Players whose accounts are suspended for investigation will be notified and given the opportunity to cooperate with the review process.

77aj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 has been identified
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other financial crime
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received by 77aj
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account action

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 77aj support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 77aj will process any remaining balance to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that no pending investigations or wagering requirements prevent withdrawal.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account settings dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 3 months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, 77aj will block all login attempts and prevent re-registration using the same contact details. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 77aj will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, continuing until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77aj and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or platform maintenance periods
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners
• Interruption or unavailability of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events
• Any decision by a player to place a bet or wager based on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to contain an error
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player account where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security

In all cases where 77aj is found to be liable for a loss suffered by a player, the maximum aggregate liability of 77aj shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77aj's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

77aj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77aj will provide reasonable notice to active players via their registered contact details and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 77aj Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 of these Terms.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method names — may be made without specific player notification, provided that they do not materially alter the rights or obligations of either party.

10.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version of these Terms, and in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translation and the English-language original, the English version shall prevail.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
